This is a partner arrangement, agreed per agency. Terms depend on volume, the number of client accounts, the deployment model, and who holds first-line support. See Commercial model.
How it is structured
A workspace per client
Each client’s agents, numbers, transcripts, and users live in their own workspace. One client never sees another’s calls.
Agency administration
Your team works across every client workspace from one place: creating accounts, configuring agents, and stepping in when something needs fixing.
Usage per client
Minutes, call volume, and concurrency broken out by client account, which is what you need to bill accurately and spot a client outgrowing their plan.
Your pricing, not ours
You set what each client pays. Your cost from Voho and your price to your client are separate numbers.
Onboarding a client
The path is the same one you already run for any other service you resell.Create the workspace
A new client account, isolated from your other clients, with your team holding administrative access.
Configure the agent
Dialect, voice, instructions, and the actions that reach into that client’s systems. See Writing instructions and Actions.
Connect the line
A number provisioned for the client, or their existing trunk pointed at the agent. See Telephony.
Test before it answers real calls
Run the client’s awkward cases (heavy dialect, code-switching, interruptions) before the line is live. See Testing.
Hand over reporting
Decide what the client sees themselves and what arrives as a report from you.
How many clients and agents
There is no published per-account cap on client workspaces or agents. What a deployment supports in practice is decided by capacity (concurrent calls at peak) and agreed in your partner terms rather than fixed in advance. Size it from the calls, not the account count. Forty clients with one quiet line each is a smaller deployment than one national contact centre.Commercial model
Partner terms are agreed per agency and depend on:- Volume: expected call minutes across all your clients.
- Client count: how many accounts in the first year, and the growth shape.
- Deployment: managed cloud, in-country hosted, or on-premise.
- Support: whether you hold first-line support for your clients, or Voho does.
- Billing: whether Voho bills your clients directly or bills you and you bill them.
What to bring to a partner conversation
- Expected daily and monthly call volume across your clients.
- Average call length.
- Number of clients in the first six to twelve months.
- Agents per client.
- Inbound, outbound, or mixed.
- New numbers or existing ones. See Phone numbers.
- Preferred deployment model.
