Languages
Voho recognises Arabic across the Gulf and wider region, plus English. Recognition is set per agent and can accept several languages at once.Code-switching
Callers mix Arabic and English constantly — product names, numbers, and technical terms tend to arrive in English inside an Arabic sentence. Agents transcribe mixed input without being told which language to expect. Reply language is configured separately from recognition. A common setup acceptsar-SA and en-US on the way in while always replying in ar-SA, which keeps the caller experience consistent however the request was phrased.
Choosing a voice
Match the voice to the line, not to personal preference. Service and support lines read better withlayan or salma, where an unhurried delivery gives callers room. Formal and official lines want faisal. Sales and outbound lines can carry the pace of noura or omar.
